I offer a flexible range of therapeutic services designed to complement your existing provision and support the mental health needs of your service users and staff.
Individual Art Psychotherapy: Short-term and long-term contracts for children, adolescents, or adults experiencing complex emotional, relational, or behavioural difficulties.
Group Art Psychotherapy: Development and delivery of time-limited or ongoing therapeutic groups focused on specific issues such as emotional regulation, attachment, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, or peer connection.
Creative & Wellbeing Workshops: Tailored community-based workshops that draw on my extensive background as an artist to foster confidence-building, creative engagement, and emotional expression within a supportive framework.
Clinical Expertise
My clinical training includes placements in demanding educational and community mental health environments:
Placement Setting: Primary (Year 2) & Secondary Schools (Year 1) (Children & Adolescents 5–16)
Key Experience Areas: Emotional dysregulation, low mood, attachment difficulties, anxiety, trauma histories, self-harm, and neurodiversity-affirming support (e.g., Autism).
Placement Setting: Community Mental Health (Adults) 
Key Experience Areas: Co-facilitating a 12-week time-limited art therapy group, focusing on issues of anxiety, depression, and loss.

HCPC Registration: Fully registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (AS019298).
Safeguarding: Enhanced DBS checked (up to date) and rigorous knowledge of both Child and Adult Safeguarding procedures.
Data Protection: Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ZC033511) and fully compliant with GDPR, confidentiality, and data protection standards.
Documentation: Commitment to maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, including process notes, risk assessments, and termly reports for commissioned work.
Professional Indemnity Insurance: £5 million coverage for work in educational and healthcare settings.
Supervision: Compliance with ongoing clinical supervision as required by the HCPC and BAAT.
